* Computer1 can be provisioned by user or service provider over the Internet using assisted Host Based provisioning that includes a self-provisioning wizard.

** User can request assistance by logging in to a private web portal and creating a request, or notifying a technician by phone or email.

Out-of-Band

Intel® Core™ vPro™ enabled devices that:

  1. Support Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) 6.2 or later.
  2. Have the Intel® vPro™ technology activated in the Management Engine BIOS extension (MEBx), as well as the KVM Remote Control feature must be enabled (note: some OEMs disable these features by default).
  3. Have Intel® Core™ i5 vPro™ or Intel® Core™ i7 vPro™ processor with embedded Intel® Integrated Graphics (systems that also have alternative graphics, must be switched to Intel® card). Other graphics cards are not supported.
  4. Intel® vPro™ technology is sophisticated and requires setup and activation. Availability of features and results will depend upon the configuration of your hardware, software, network, and IT environments.
