Requesting Technical Support
Submit a request if you cannot fix a bug, have trouble implementing a specific technology, or have a sys-admin/code-level question that relates to the Intel® vPro™/Active Management Technology (AMT), including Intel® AMT SDK, tools, and utilities from Intel.
Before you request technical support, be sure to review the documentation available on this site and see if the issue you are experiencing has been discussed and resolved on the Intel® Developer Zone.
Please follow these guidelines when submitting your request for technical support:
Submit only one support issue (a single, discrete problem) per request.
Provide a clear and detailed description with as much information as possible. Include steps you’ve taken to solve the problem and conditions we should consider.
Avoid the use of acronyms, jargon, and non-standard abbreviations.
Intel® vPro™/AMT support requests
You can place a support request regarding Intel® AMT without having to purchase any Safe Frontier product. Simply register an account and proceed to Services → Order New Services → Support Center for Intel® vPro™. Purchase a Support Case for Intel® vPro™/AMT. Then proceed to Open Ticket → Support Center for Intel® vPro™/AMT and place a request. Unused requests will expire in 12 moth from purchasing.
Because we build solutions — Safe Frontier Support Center can provide integrated expert support that includes remote assistance. Our technical experts can help you solve problems using remote access tools. We can also provide on-site assistance. These services are available for service providers, IT departments, as well as OEMs.
Safe Frontier Products Support
Safe Frontier's support services may vary from product to product, but in general Safe Frontier does not provide technical support for non-Safe Frontier or Intel® vPro™/AMT products. If you need technical support for a third-party product (software, electronics or accessories), than please contact the manufacturer or service provider directly.
